How to complete the Bank Information section (by country)

The Bank Information section connects your fundraiser to the bank account where your payouts will be sent. The information you enter should match your bank records to make sure payouts are smooth and secure.

Select the country where your bank account is registered. For example, if you live in the US but your bank account is in Canada, you’ll need to choose Canada when setting up your bank information.

Enter details exactly as they appear on your bank records. Even small differences can cause payout delays.

Verification Documents

Along with your bank details, you’ll be asked to upload a recent bank statement (within the last 3 months) or a bank letter (for new accounts). This helps confirm that your payout account is active and belongs to you or your organization.

Helpful reminders:

  • Upload files that are clear and easy to read (PDF or image works best).
  • If you accidentally upload the wrong file, don’t worry — just contact support@launchgood.com and we’ll assist.

FAQs

Which country should I choose when setting up my bank information?

Always select the country where your bank account is registered, even if you live elsewhere.

How do I know if my account is Personal or Corporate?

If the account is under your name, select Personal. If it’s under an organization’s registered name, select Corporate.

What happens if I enter something incorrectly?

If the details don’t match your bank records, the payout may fail. Double-checking with your statement or online banking is the easiest way to avoid this.
