This help centre article is designed to help you find answers to frequently asked questions post Ramadan. We've taken the most frequent questions donors ask and provided clear answers to help you navigate your LaunchGood experience.
When will my scheduled donations stop?
The Ramadan Challenge is a 30 day program during the month of Ramadan where donors can schedule their donations to go to different campaigns every day. The final day for scheduled donations to go out for Ramadan 2024 is on the evening of April 8th (EST).

Can I schedule my giving outside of Ramadan?
We realize that more frequent scheduled giving is a common request. Currently we have two options left with regards to scheduled giving:
1. Friday Givers: Our Friday Givers program is a program that allows donors to donate once a week during the blessed day of Jummah. For more information on our Friday givers program and how to get involved, please click here.
2. Dhul Hijjah Challenge: Similar to the Ramadan Challenge, during the first 10 days of Dhul Hiijah you will have the option to schedule your giving to causes that you love! Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.
How can I request a refund for my donation?
If there is a donation you made during Ramadan that was in error or you noticed a discrepancy with your giving during the month, please reach out to us at support@launchgood.com so we can investigate the matter further.
Where can I find my tax receipts?
You are able to access information regarding your tax receipts through your Tax Dashboard on your user profile. Here, you can see which of your donations were tax deductible and from there you can reach out to the fundraiser directly to request a tax receipt. How can I mark my donation as anonymous?
Whether its during the donation or after the fact, you can always elect to mark the donation as anonymous so that your name can be hidden from the public.

I donated for a specific cause, how can I get an update regarding my donation?
It is the full responsibility of the person(s) who created the campaign to fulfill any orders for products or services that you may have supported on the site.
