The following are some guidelines on supporting documents required based on the campaign type. Our Trust & Safety team may ask for these documents to be provided for our review at any point before the payout of the campaign.

Minimum Required Documents

1. Organization registration document (For US entity kindly provide your state registration and  IRS document if you are a tax exempt organization)
2. Valid ID of a Key Controller (Click here to see here who is considered as a Key Controller) 
3. Active Bank statement that shows the organization's bank account details (dated within the last 90 days)
4. Update enhance tab with website and social media links on the campaign page

International Charitable Project 

(i.e., US NGO raising funds for a charity cause in other countries)

1. Minimum required documents

2. If your partnering with third party organization to carry out this project, the following documents will be required:

   1. Third party organization’s registration document

   2. One Key Controller ID

   3. Collaboration agreement letter between your organization and the 3rd party organization

Organization raising funds to build a school 

1. Minimum required documents

2. Registration document specifying the location of the school

3. Supporting documents issued by the respective government / local authority which grant approval for the organization to build the school

4. For any partner organizations, please provide a copy of their organization registration and their  Key Controller ID

5. Update the fundraising story with a link from local government bodies that shows the institution is an approved educational institution, i.e. local school registry

Organizations raising funds for refugees 

1. Minimum required documents

2. Update fundraising story with the location of refugees (country)

3. If you are partnering with third party organization to carry out this project, we will need the following documents:

   1.  Third party organization’s registration document, the

   2.  Key Controller ID

   3. Collaboration agreement letter between your organization and the third party organization

Mosque raising funds to buy a new building

1. Minimum required documents

2. Provide proof of registration or ownership of land. You can provide any of the following:

   1. Registration document with location of the new building (if available)

   2. Land documents (if any)

   3. Proof of down payment (if any)

   4. Progress report (If any)

Business fundraising for a product/business 

1. Minimum required documents

2. Sales report (if any)
