The following are some guidelines on supporting documents required based on the campaign type. Our Trust & Safety team may ask for these documents to be provided for our review at any point before the payout of the campaign.

Minimum Required Documents

1. The organization registration document (For US entities, kindly provide your IRS document if you're a tax-exempt organization)
   
2. A valid ID of a Key Controller (click here to see here who is considered as a Key Controller) 
3. An active bank statement that shows the beneficiary's bank account and name (dated within the last three months)
4. Update Enhance tab on the campaign page with your website and social media links.

Fundraising for charity projects outside your country 

(i.e., US NGO raising funds for a charity cause in other countries)

• If you are partnering with 3rd party organization to carry out this project, kindly provide us ( the organization registration document, a Key Controller ID, and a collaboration agreement letter between your organization and the 3rd party organization)

Organization raising funds to build a school 

• Registration document specifying the location of the school
• Supporting documents issued by the respective government/local authority which approved the organization to build the school 
• Detail of other partners who are involved in the project, if any (Partner Business registration and copy of their Key Controller ID)
• Update the campaign pitch with a link from local government bodies that shows the institution is an approved educational institution, i.e. local school registry 

Organizations raising funds for refugees 

• Update the campaign pitch with the location of the refugees (country) 
• If you are partnering with a 3rd party organization to carry out this project, kindly provide us with:
  • The organization registration document
  • A Key Controller ID 
  • Collaboration agreement letter between your organization  and the 3rd party organization)

Mosque raising funds to buy a new building

• Provide proof of registration or ownership of land. You can provide any of the following:
  • Registration document with the location of the new building (if available)
  • Land documents (if any)
  • Proof of down payment (if any)
  • Progress report (If any)

Business fundraising for a product/business 

• Sales report (if any)
• Link of social media to be provided on the campaign page on the enhancements tab (website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
