You might notice that the daily auto-donation charge for your Ramadan Challenge donation has not gone through. This is a common error from failed authorization that can be resolved!
The most common reasons for this error are:
1. Address verification (AVS) mismatch
2. Invalid CVV or Expiration date
3. Risk or fraud flag from the issuing bank
4. Card is flagged as lost or stolen
Please try re-entering all of your card information and trying again. If the problem persists, please call your bank or credit card issuer to check if they have rejected or blocked the transaction.
