The following are some guidelines on supporting documents required based on the campaign type. Our campaign review team may ask for these documents to be provided for our review at any point before the payout of the campaign.

Minimum Required Documents 

  1. A valid ID for the campaign creator 
  2. A valid ID of the individual beneficiary of funds (bank account holder) 
  3. Bank Statement 
    • An active bank statement that shows the beneficiary's bank account and name (dated within the last three months)

Additional Supporting Documentation

Medical Purposes

If you are fundraising for medical purposes on behalf of someone else, the following is required:

  1. The ID of the patient (if different from the bank account holder)

  2. Medical documents/reports issued by the hospital or clinic 

  3. Supporting document that shows the complete breakdown of the required funds (if the cost  of medical procedure is not included in number 3)

Support A Cause (i.e. Sponsor an Orphan)

If you are fundraising to support a cause on behalf of someone else:

  1. An active bank statement that shows the beneficiary's bank account and name (dated within the last three months) 

  2. Documentation to support the fundraising cause (i.e. rental agreement, mechanic invoice, prayers equipment invoice, book/printing invoice, etc.). 

If you are fundraising for a legal cause on behalf of someone else:

  1. An active bank statement that shows the beneficiary's bank account and name (dated within the last three months) 

  2. Supporting documents that support the fundraising story, i.e. lawyer fees, cost estimates, engagement letter

Sadaqah Jariyah

If you are fundraising for Sadaqah Jariyah (non-family member)

  1. If you are fundraising on behalf of a non-family member, please state your relationship in the campaign pitch. You will also be required to fill out an attestation before payout, which the customer support team will provide.

  2. An active bank statement that shows the beneficiary's bank account and name (dated within the last three months)


On Behalf Of An Organization

Fundraising on behalf of an organization (NGO, business, community group, etc.) 

  1. Using Personal Account 

    1. The minimum  required documents

    2. The organization registration document

    3. An Agreement letter for collaboration between the beneficiary and the organization.

  2. Using An Organization Bank Account

    1. The organization registration document (If they are not an existing charity or organization in LaunchGood)

    2. Active Bank statement that shows the organization's bank account (dated within the last three months)
