Why is my account getting auto charged during Dhul Hijjah

You may be getting auto-charged because you likely pre-enrolled into the Dhul Hijjah Challenge after Ramadan. To confirm, follow these steps: 


1. Go to your Dhul Hijjah Challenge Homepage by visiting (make sure you are logged in): https://www.launchgood.com/dhchome#!/dhc/pulse

 

2. Click on the Dashboard tab to the left of the screen

 


3. Click on Edit Settings

 4. Here, scroll to the bottom of the page to see where you checked the Dhul Hijjah Challenge box at the end of the last challenge. This will confirm whether or not you have pre-enrolled for the challenge. If you wish to unenroll, please follow these steps here. If you were not pre-enrolled and were still auto-charged, please email help@LaunchGood.com.
