Why is my account getting auto charged during Dhul Hijjah

You may be getting auto-charged as a result of your account being pre-enrolled in the Dhul Hijjah Challenge from previous years or other challenges such as the Ramadan Challenge. 


To confirm your enrollment, follow the below steps: 


  1. Go to the Dhul Hijjah Challenge homepage by visiting www.launchgood.com/dhc
  2. Scroll down to Your Giving Grid and click on "Adjust settings." 
     
  3. Scroll down to the Challenge Status section
     
  4. Here, you can see where you checked the Dhul Hijjah Challenge box at the end of the last challenge. If you wish to leave the challenge, please follow these steps. If you wish to be removed from future challenges, be sure to un-check any of the boxes related to future enrollments. 

If you were not pre-enrolled and were still auto-charged, please email us at help@launchgood.com
