In order to be eligible to create an account, withdraw funds, and use our services, you must be 18 years of age or older.
While the eligibility to use our service/platform is for 18 years and above, we can still support minors aged 13 and above who would like to start a fundraise. We will need a parental/guardian consent together with the following documents:
One of parent/guardian's valid ID
Bank Statement of one of the parent/guardian
Any additional documents/information requested depending on the purpose of your fundraise
