Good news! LaunchGood is open to anyone aged 13 and above, so teenagers can jump in, create an account, and take charge of their fundraisers—sharing, updating, and making a positive impact!
Now, when it comes to withdrawing funds, we do ask that the person be at least 18 years old. But no worries! If you're a teen with a fantastic cause, simply add a parent or guardian as the beneficiary for those withdrawals. It's a tag-team effort!
For a smoother ride, make sure to mention in your fundraiser story that the responsible adult (parent or legal guardian) is steering the financial ship. It adds a personal touch to your campaign.
To make things official, we kindly ask you to upload a couple of documents in the payment information section:
- One of your parent's IDs.
- One of their bank statements.
- Here's at tip: Team up with your parents! We highly recommend that parents and kids work hand-in-hand to manage the account and create an awesome fundraiser together. It's not just about raising funds; it's about creating something meaningful as a team.
