The payment processor is automatically selected depending on your bank account location, and may only be altered at the discretion of the LaunchGood payments team.

Sometimes, there are delays in receiving your funds. This can be because of uncleared donations, bank holidays, and national holidays. Intermediary banks may also require additional information, in which case a LaunchGood payments specialist will be in contact for further information.
