Campaigns payouts are automatically initiated by our Payments team. For personal campaigns, this is once your campaign's end date is reached. For organizational accounts, a payout is automatically issued every month. You will receive an email notification from our payment team confirming the payout. Please note that before issuing the payout, we may need to wait 3-5 business days for some of the raised funds to settle, ensuring a complete payout.
Before requesting a payout, please ensure that you have filled out the Payment Information section on your campaign and provided the necessary documents to get verified!

Depending on which country your bank account is located in, we use a suitable payment processor to issue the payout. Read our Payout Terms & Conditions for more information.
Early payout requests
If you wish to receive your funds before your campaign has ended or haven't received your payout or heard from our payments team within ten days of your campaign ending, reach out to us directly at payments@launchgood.com.
Monthly Payouts
All organizational accounts will automatically be paid on a monthly basis. A payout is issued at the start of each month with a confirmation email being sent. You can read more on this here.
