You may have received a refund in your account from a donation you made on LaunchGood. Occaisionally, LaunchGood is unable to issue a payout for a campaign and each donation that was made to that campaign is refunded.
Some reasons for a campaign not receiving their donations and a refund being triggered are:
1. LaunchGood did not receive the necessary verification documents from the campaign creator within the established time frame, therefore the account was unable to be fully verified for payout.
2. The campaign did not reach the minimum of USD $200 required for a payout to be issued.
3. The campaign no longer meets our safety and compliance criteria and is removed from the platform.
