What Should I Know About Taking Over LaunchGood's Instagram?

An Instagram takeover is the process of "taking over" someone else's Instagram account temporarily and sharing content with their audience. 

A takeover with LaunchGood involves sending content (images along with a description) for 3-7 days to marketing@launchgood.com.

We will then post once we receive all the content.

If you are interested in doing a takeover of LaunchGood's Instagram, think about a specific theme or angle you want to take: a craft, skill, or hobby; a start-up or organization you're a part of; or a trip you're embarking on. 

A takeover should not read or look like an advertisement for your business, product, or organization. The idea is to give our followers a peek behind the scenes and a sense of why and how you do what you do.

Here's what we'll need:

• High-quality creative images...and videos!
  • Some can be reposts from your personal account, but we prefer new content.
    
• Descriptions for each post
  • Keep the description accompanying each post to a short paragraph and include any relevant hashtags. We like to see first-person narrative descriptions - it's all about storytelling!
    
• Bio and Instagram handle
  • Send us a brief bio and your Instagram handle to include with each post.
    
• Any specific instructions
  • Do you want some of your images to be part of the same post? Do some of your posts need to be posted at a specific time of day? Is there a location you want us to tag?
  • Let your family, friends, and followers know you'll be doing a takeover, and encourage them to follow LaunchGood on Instagram.

Please also note: we'll do a quick edit before posting, and may not post all the photos you send us.
