To update ALL your donors via Email
1. Click the Update Donors button at the top right of the page
2. Fill out the the prompt and ensure the Send Update Email checkbox is checked off
3. Then, click the Add Update button

To publish an update on the Campaign Page
1. Click the Update Donors button at the top right of the page
2. Fill out the the prompt and ensure the Send Update Email checkbox is not checked off
3. Then, click the Add Update button
4. The update will be published under UPDATES on the campaign page
To send updates to specific donors
- Go to the DONORS tab
- Find the users you want to send an update to
- Use your email and send an update to these donors
Note: Too many updates may be annoying for your donors, which may lead them to stop paying attention to your updates. Try not to send more than 2-3 updates during the duration of the campaign.
