You have started to create a campaign, or you have a live campaign, and you would like to add an image. There are two ways to add images to enhance your campaign pitch.

Add an image in the feature image section of your campaign page


To add a video into the feature image section of your campaign pitch, follow these steps:


1. Log in to your LaunchGood account.


2. Go to your campaign page.


3. Click on the Edit tab.



4. Go to the Get Started section.



5. Scroll to find the Campaign Image section, and click to add your feature image. 

(You may only enter one image in this section.)  

  


6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save & Next button to complete!



7. Well done! Your image will now appear in the feature section on the main campaign page.




 

Add an image in the body of your campaign pitch


To add one or more images into the body of your campaign pitch, follow these steps:


1. Log in to your LaunchGood account.


2. Go to your campaign page.


3. Click on the Edit tab.



4. Go to the Tell Your Story section.



5. Click on Edit to enter the campaign pitch editor.



6. Type your pitch and ensure your cursor is where you want the image to be placed. Then, click on the Insert Image button



7. Select an image from your computer and add the image. 

(You can repeat this process to add multiple images throughout your campaign pitch.)



8. Success! Your images should appear in the body of your campaign pitch. Click Save to complete.



Campaign cover image tips

  1. Always ask permission from the person
  2. Best option: 
    • Legacy: front facing image of the person happy/normal, group photo, family photo, side facing of person, back facing of person
    • Charity: single photo of individual with resource, group photo, photo of resource alone, photo of resource with call to action
    • Emergency: single focus tragedy photo, photo of person with text, photo of person alone, photo of previous (previous state)
    • Medical: single focus with medical attention, photo of person in good state, photo of medical equipment alone
  3. Avoid
    • Intimate exposure that people are shy to share,

    • Photos of deceased state,

    • Photos of burial, funeral,

    • Photos of accident with injury,

    • Photos of children or babies unless medical
