To obtain an official tax receipt, you need to contact the Campaign Creator directly.
To view your taxable donations:
- Log on to your account.
- Beside your profile picture in the top right-hand corner, click on the drop-down menu.
- Click on My Giving, then on donations.
- Under the Reports heading, click on Tax Deductible to download the summary of your tax deductible donations.
To reach out to the campaign creator for a tax receipt:
1. Open your tax deductible report.
2. Go to Column F under the title "Campaign Creator Email" to find the email address of the campaign creator for each campaign you have donated to.
3. Send them an email separately requesting a tax receipt for your donation.
