For users who signed up for the Dhul Hijjah Challenge - we take your scheduled donation as a serious Amana (trust). That is why you have two options to determine where your scheduled donation goes every day:
1. Preselect campaigns using your Giving List feature
2. Leave it up to LaunchGood to select a deserving campaign on your behalf
All of our campaigns are reviewed and vetted to ensure they meet our standards so you can rest assured that your donation is going to a worthy and reliable cause.
So what campaigns does LaunchGood select when I'm not using the Giving List?
We've created several different ways for your donations to support outstanding Dhul Hijjah campaigns this year. Scheduled donations from this year's Dhul Hijjah Challenge will go towards:
1. Dhul Hijjah Daily Leaderboard Competition
Every day of the Dhul Hijjah Challenge, campaigns will compete for up to $500 in boosts daily and up to $9750 for most raised online, and up to an additional $9750 for most online unique donors during the duration of the Dhul Hijjah Challenge on our Global Leaderboard. There's also a chance to double your winnings on the Day of Arafat (June 28). To win, these campaigns need to hustle hard for a spot on the leaderboard! Your scheduled donation will go towards the prizes that these excellent campaigns earn!
2. Dhul Hijjah Referral Program
Campaign teams compete to get sign-ups for the Dhul Hijjah Challenge using their unique team link. For every person that joins the Dhul Hijjah Challenge before June 21, 2023 (7PM EDT), using the unique team link, the campaign earns $50.
