How do I pause my daily donations on the challenge? LaunchGood Support Center

If you need to stop the scheduled donations on your account for any reason, you have the option to pause the challenge. Pausing the Dhul Hijjah Challenge stops the scheduled donations but you can continue to gain points, fill your grid and see the dashboard.

To pause your scheduled donations, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Dhul Hijjah Challenge homepage by visiting www.launchgood.com/dhc

2. Login to your LaunchGood account

3. Scroll down to your Giving Grid and click on "Adjust Settings"

4. A pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to confirm. Here, click on the red "Pause" button to stop scheduled donations from occurring.

5. If you would like to resume scheduled donations at any time during the Dhul Hijjah Challenge, click on "Active" at the top of your Dhul Hijjah Challenge settings page.

6, A new pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to confirm. Here, click on the red "Activate" button to have your scheduled donations start back up again.
